The Hall of Defunct plans provides a record of health plans that
are no
longer with us. Feel free to search the Museum database for information
on health plans no longer in existence.
Select or enter your choices below on what you want to search for and
click the "Do Search" button. You don't have to select both items.
Entering both selections narrows your search further. If you want to
search alphabetically (for all plans starting with a certain letter)
simply enter that letter in the plan name text box (to search for all
plans beginning with the letter "a" for example, just enter the letter
